Every Sky Pass includes access to all three levels and ten zones:

Sunset and Night passes also include live cultural performances, projection mapping, and DJs.

Yes. Select a time slot when booking this is your entry window. Once inside, there is no time limit. Stay as long as you like.

Book on our website at akaraskyhanuman.com. We accept major credit and debit cards. Walk-in tickets are available at Level 1 Reception (cash and cards), subject to availability.

Come to Reception and we’ll do our best to fit you into the next available slot, subject to capacity.

Check your spam or promotions folder. Still missing? Contact us with your name, booking date/time, and last 4 digits of your card we’ll resend it.

Tickets are non-refundable. If severe weather or an operational issue affects your visit, we’ll assist with rebooking.

After 11PM, Sky Bar on Level 61 is open to everyone with a 1,000 Baht cash voucher. No ticket or membership needed. The full amount goes toward food and drinks. Sky Bar access only other zones are not included. Before 11PM, a Sky Pass is required to access all levels

No. Roam freely and enjoy the zones you want, at your own pace. There is no set path

These sessions include live performances every evening Muay Thai, traditional Thai dance, the Hanuman cultural show, projection mapping, and live DJs. These are real artists performing live, every single night. The additional 500 Baht goes directly toward keeping that level of live Thai culture on the rooftop

One City Centre (OCC), Level 1 Reception. Located at Ploenchit–Ratchaprasong, walking distance from BTS Ploenchit and the Skywalk connecting to Central Embassy, CentralWorld, and Siam Paragon. Show your QR code at Reception, collect your wristband and welcome coupons, and take the lift up.

Daily from 11:00. Last entry varies by session — check the booking page for current time slots. Indoor zones remain open in all conditions.

Most guests spend 2–3 hours. Sunset sessions and those with Hanuman Cinema dining often stay longer. There is no time limit — take your time.

Casual dress. Comfortable footwear recommended — the experience spans three levels. Longer hemlines or trousers are best for mirrored and glass-floor rooms.

Please remove heels in mirrored areas to protect the surfaces. Complimentary Thai slippers are available.

Personal photography and video are welcome throughout. No drones. Tripods and large setups may be limited during peak times. Professional and commercial shoots require advance permission — contact us.

Smoking is permitted in the designated outdoor area only.

Small bags and backpacks are welcome. Large luggage and oversized items are not permitted beyond Reception. Limited storage is available at Level 1 — please travel light.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Multiple dining and bar options are available across all levels.

Indoor zones are open in all conditions. Open-air areas (Baan Hanuman, Sky Observation Deck, Sky Night Market) are weather-dependent and reopen when it’s safe.

Collect your welcome coupons at Level 1 Reception after check-in. Show your wristband at the outlet named on your coupon — Baan Hanuman or Siam Societies on Level 58 — to redeem. Coupons are not redeemable on Level 61.

If you’ve booked Hanuman Cinema, your dining time is your anchor — explore the other zones before or after.

Seating at Hanuman Sky Bar & Restaurant is on a first-come basis for Sky Pass holders. Members may have access to table reservations online check the members section of the website.

Hanuman Cinema is an add-on to your Sky Pass. Pre-book on the website to secure your seat at the 500 Baht thank-you price. Walk-ins are welcome at regular pricing, subject to availability

The time you select is your dining time not your venue entry time. Be seated at Level 59 at your selected time. You can explore all other zones before or after your dining.

Yes. Hanuman Cinema is an add-on experience. You will need a Sky Pass (Day, Sunset, or Night) to enter the venue.

From Level 61 — 276 metres above Bangkok — the 360° view includes temple spires, Lumpini Park, the Chao Phraya River, the modern skyline, and on clear days, views stretching to Suvarnabhumi Airport. The iconic Hanuman sculpture watches over it all.

A panoramic zone spanning Levels 58–59 where you can see Bangkok’s past, present, and future in one frame. After sunset, the Chaotic Balls installation comes alive — floating spheres that respond to your touch. Every action ripples outward.

Thailand’s festival of gratitude, reimagined digitally. Float a virtual krathong and make a wish — with the same beautiful uncertainty of a wishing fountain. The meaning is preserved. The river stays clean.

Yi Peng, reimagined. Lantern light rises through infinity mirrors into the Bangkok skyline. No fire, no smoke — only wonder.

An optional styling experience where you choose from Thai-inspired looks reimagined with modern silhouettes, and capture a moment against the Bangkok skyline. Separate fee applies. Many guests say it becomes the highlight of their visit.

Yes. Children are welcome across all levels until midnight. After midnight, adults only. Please supervise children at all times, especially in mirrored rooms.

L58 & L61 have wheelchair-friendly public areas. L59 requires stairs (no lift between L58 & L59). We’ll help with routing.

Lift access is available to all main levels. For wheelchair access, specific mobility needs, or any assistance, please contact us in advance so we can prepare for your visit.

Your first Sky Pass booking on our website automatically activates Rolling Membership. On your next visit including sunset and night sessions no entry ticket is needed. Just book a members-only Cash Voucher online as your minimum spend. Valid 12 months from your last booking. Each new visit extends it another 12 months.

Members book a Cash Voucher online instead of buying a new ticket. The voucher amount becomes your minimum spend on food and drinks during your visit. Full amount is redeemable — nothing is wasted.

Yes. Purchase a Gifting Voucher through our website. The recipient can choose their own date and time.

Siam Costumes is an optional Thai styling experience on Level 58. Choose from Thaiinspired looks, get styled, take photos against the skyline, and return the outfit when you’re done. Pricing varies — ask our team on-site or check the booking page for current rates. It’s not included in the Sky Pass.
